Hi all,
Recently gigged with the Mk1 & a separate pedal board using 4 cable method. Every so often the volume would drop. Towards the end of the night I had no volume at all on channels 1, 3 & 4, all clean. However channel 2 was distortion & the volume was ok.
The sound would also cut out when I engaged my Boss DD3 pedal. When I disengaged it, the sound came back.
I had to keep switching off both the amp & the pedal board. When turning back on again, the sound came back.
All very frustrating.
Any help is very much appreciated.
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

Could one or many faults in the entire chain.
I would start with the simple setup of just the Katana + guitar & cable,
and slowly add each piece one by one while wiggling things for any mechanical faults such as bad cables or patch leads.

A drop in gain which affects the distortion/drive channels would point towards the guitar or input cable (depending on if the Send/return loop is after the booster/preamp).
