The title says it all.  Does anyone know of a way to select among the ten GK pickup settings in the VG-99 using external MIDI commands?  Even sysex would be useful.  Thanks.

The VG-99 will bulk dump just the GK settings. Controllers can be saved with a patch or work system wide depending on how it is set.

Being able to select it with an external command is what I'm looking to do.  I don't think it's possible.

It can be done through sysex messages. I can find out which ones if you are interested...

Totally interested.  My foot controller can send sysex.

I've looked at the MIDI Implementation PDF (thanks Elantric).  I found the GK Settings Table, which looks like it allows individual control of each setting parameter.  I'm really looking for a message that will simply select one of the 10 presets.

I also see the GK SETTING section of the Address Block Map.  It shows the address used for individual parameter control in the other table, but not the data to select a preset as a whole.  Not sure if this will let me simply recall one of the 10 presets.

Thanks so much!  Using this, I easily worked backward and understood how this works.  It would have taken me forever otherwise.
