Hi guys - I have an issue when using a GP-10 in that the 5th string is muted on any modeling. The string levels are all set to 100 and the piezo works fine on my Godin multiac. I also tried on another guitar with a GK-3 pup - same issue

could it be something inside the guts of the GP-10?
thanks

Spray a little bit of "deOxit" contact cleaner on the GK plug pins,
 and while still wet,
do a few repeated plug/unplug actions into the GK pickup and the GP-10 GK input.

...and if that doesn't fix it, you could try a similar 'clean-up procedure' on the 14-pin multiplug-and-socket that connects the GP-10 13-pin input jack to the mainboard inside the case....it's a relatively rare failure point, but it has happened...ask us about how to do it if it comes to that.
