Distortions in a main out

The left main out produces digital distortion. Does anyone have any experience with this or an idea how to fix it?

Is this distortion happening with no modules active?

I hope it isn't a defective/damaged component. I suppose it could be a poor connection of some ribbon connector inside.

If you mirror the output to the sub outs, is it still bad on the left channel?

I suppose the main thing is to exhaust all the possible easy fixes first. Maybe reinstall firmware?

Try a backup of data to file and save,
factory reset,
reload..
