1 patch more sensitive than others.

I have one patch that seems to be be much more sensitive than the others.  Can't figure out why, but it plays if I just touch the strings.  Causes a lot of errors, because I'm not clean enough to do that.  Where do I start to find this?

Look at "GK-Set" settings in the Master area, if set to "Patch" you may have chosen an unusual GK Set number with higher sensitivities or in correct GK type selection.
