Question remains unanswered

I asked the same question elsewhere, but no answer there either.

Maybe the sales site has not been updated, but it implies there are 3 different editors to purchase
one for the Jupiter-X, one for the Fantom series, and one for the AX-Edge.

So which one is for the GM-800 ? or is it the same for all ?
Free "GR-55 FloorBoard" editor software from https://sourceforge.net/projects/grfloorboard/

Benedetto told me that the editor is not yet compatibile with the GM-800 as per today (simply because he has not GM-800 to play with...). However, the full sound collection is compatibile.

I'm arranging to bring him a GM-800 to revise the editor to be upgraded with GM-800

Thank you Matteo - my money is waiting :)
I will pick up the sounds in the meantime, but I want to create :)

All sounds import into GM800, all seem to work okay from what i can see/hear.

Yeah Benedetto wrote over on facebook

"with my ZEN-Core editor it is not possible to modify the sounds for the GM-800 as Roland (Boss) has not implemented the possibility of modifying the tones via MIDI SYSEX.
There is always hope that Roland will allow this in future firmware revisions.
Today, however, it is possible to load my 220 sounds into the ZEN-Core memory of the GM-800 which has 256 free user locations.
Here you can listen to some sounds: many of which exploit the 8 STEP LFOs to obtain polyphonic sequences (4 notes) that can be transported in real-time.
"

I did purchase his collection 1 and collection 2 tonight with over 200 sounds and loaded them up in gm-800 and worked fine.
In fact I'm impressed by them. These sounds much better than most of rolands own sound packs.
They should hire this guy to do the sound packs!

Yes. It is very easy to load Benedettos tones. I like them, especially the phrase sounds! I even made an excel sheet with the corresponding tone numbers in the Boss editor tone browser. Now I can find them more easily, when I am looking for a specific sound... :)
