Weird Patch

I used the patch Intense Filter and tweaked a bit and run into a weird issue.
I use GK switch between normal PU and GK/instruments.
This works fine on all my patches but on this patch Instrument 3 which is a dynamic synth square OSC is linked to the normal PU and stays on when normal PU is choosen and I think it turns off when GK is choosen and the other 2 instrument is playing.
So I didn't get very far in programming , need to figure out what I might be doing wrong.
in GK Mix all instruments and Normal PU are on.

I'm not sure what I'm missing.

so what I found is that in instrument 3 the sequencer number 2 parameter "level target" brings the volume up even if the main instrument level is set to zero ( in other words switch off via GK switch ) and the main GK volume turned down as well. the level target overrides both. so the only way to get zero volume out of instrument 3 is to disable it.
not very user friendly , it must be a bug/error
