Hey all

I received my GX-100 and so far I'm fairly happy. I am a (relatively long time) Helix user, and loading IRs is obviously trivial in the HX family.

I'm having a bit of a moment it seems - I'm unsure how I can load IRs in their own fx "block". Not sure if I'm missing something, so maybe someone else can point me in the appropriate direction!

The chain I'm looking to create is roughly:

Ac.Guitar (with piezo) -> Ac.IR -> Comp -> Transparent Amp -> Delay -> Reverb, etc

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

The IR file must be activated as a Speaker type within the AIRD PREAMP .

For acoustic guitar type IR response files , use a clean AIRD TRANSPARENT preamp. And the Acoustic IR as speaker type

Thanks Elantric

I just discovered the AC Reso effect, which seems like it should simulate what an acoustic IR does

I've built the preset and will test it a bit later.
