Help! 1st pole of the pickup dead (Fender triple play series)

Need help: just plug the controller back to my Mac and play then found that the first string high E not making any sound. Is there any way or trick to fix this?
Is there any diagram of the internal triple play controller available? I think the cable from the pole to the board is perhaps, disconnected?
Please help....
