Godin Multiac fader Volume issue

I have a Godin Multiac Nylon.The Volume control fader makes a loud noise when I turn down around 15% sounds like a open capacitor on the board or its a fader issue? Any tip how to fix is welcoming. https://ibb.co/BfZ2KYD

What year?

May have to review the internal PCB and determine if its LR Baggs or RMC

The serial number is 16472112 so I believe is from 2016. I think its a RMC made in 2008.

I did contact Richard thank you so much, he confirmed the symptom and came with the solution, I'm going to simple change the vol pot! Thank you!
