BOSS GT 10000 CORE parallel dividers

Anyone using the GTK CORE, when using parallel dividers (like clean electric and acoustic guitar), do you experience any loss in output. When I try to duplicate the acoustic and clean intro to "Enter Sandman" (the acoustic doubles the clean electric) the sound is so weak it's not usable.
