SY-1000- New Cello Sample Modelling SWAM

So I modelled this Cello on the Sample Modelling SWAM Cello's by using a spectrum analyser and my ears.

This is pretty good, but sounds really good through IR cello in the Axe FXII, The sample is just straight out of the Sy1000 with no cello IR so it's more accurate to what you get with the patch - feel free to play - cod classical noodling - I went down to a low F to give an idea of what it sounds like in the lower registers..

Sounds good. Wish I had a 64x computer so I load up this patch and some of the others offered on this site.

Not sure about trying to patch all those parameters in the text version.

Yeah definitely, subtractive synths with 3 oscillators are never going to get to that close. It sounds much more like a piezo bridge pick up on a cello would sound, 

That said I will post it again through Axe FX II Cello IR and a comb filter as that does brings it to life. I wish we could load IRs into the SY1000, maybe one day Roland....?

WOW! :D Just great! Yes since the new Boss GT-1000CORE can load IRs one would hope Boss would implement this on SY-1000. I was hoping one could atleast pair the two in a smart way via USB or something like that...
