This program was not designed to run any further forward than Windows Xp.
I recommend either an old Xp running laptop, run Win Xp within VMWare or a DOS Box emulator,
or run it on a Linux computer running WINE (windows emulator).

Future Windows 10 updates will make this app increasingly harder to run on a Win 10 machine.

I've been running it on Win10. And my systems are always kept up to date.

I used your instructions and successfully installed the GR33 editor a while back.  Recently, my computer crashed. After reinstalling everything, I get the following error when trying to run regsvr32. (see attached screen shot).  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance...

The reply seems to indicate that the dll/ocx isn't where you're trying to register it.

Thanks.  I finally got it working.  I forgot to open the command prompt and enter each line individually.  Note: I probably should not have tried this last night after a couple of glasses of wine.   :)

Initially, I tried to install the GR33 Editmyor on a different computer and was successful.  Then, I tried it on my reformatted laptop and was still getting errors.  I realized I was not running the command prompt as an administrator, so everything was going to C:\Users\Silver> instead of C:\WINDOWS\system32>.

I am so glad to have this program up and running again!  It and the GR55 Editor make creating and tweaking patches sooooo much easier.  Someone at Roland needs to pay for the rites to these programs and post them on their support page...

....another "Don't-hold-your-breath" moment.....   ;)

..I'm not sure there's anyone at Roland who knows what a GR-33 is.
