Title: Question about Switches
Post by: drosen14 on December 18, 2017, 08:53:06 AM
I am looking to NOT use the selector switch that comes with the Roland GK-3 internal kit and instead use a switch that matches my guitar's pickup selector switch instead.  The GK switch has 6 wires but the either the switchcraft or Gotoh 3-Way Guitar switches have fewer connections.  Thus any wiring insights or intel on how to get better quality and better looking selector switch would be much appreciated.

thanks

I tend to use the switch in the "both" position all the time, so I have done GK Kit installs without the switch and connected the wire ends as per the required switch position.
