I cant control output knop with XLR output

Dear Sirs,
When i use XLR output to PI on stage. They always say to me "my output signal is too high". I try to change with output level knop but cant control output knop with XLR output.
How can i solve?

Go to menu
Then to in/out settings
Then Sub out
Then output level
Then adjust

The level controll button only affects the main outputs. The subouts have to be adjusted from the sub output menue like Bill Ruppert already adviced.

I faced the same probem.

You can assign the overall Sub Out volume to one of the knobs under the display.

The Sub Out signal is hotter than the Main Out. Reduce it to -10db.

Also check what kind of input is used in the mixer. Should be line and not a mic preamp.

Use a display knob, set to SUB OUT (which is your XLR).
