can you record raw guitar in mono and reamp it ?    ;)

If there isn't a button to capture raw,  we can turn all the effects and modeling off before recording.   8)

Alex Hutchings and Jay from Boss look at using the Boss GP-10 as an audio and MIDI recording device. The GP-10 has the ability to re-amp, re-guitar, play soft synths and score your music demonstrated by building up a track in Logic

Very relevant posts here. I've been trying unsuccessfully to get the GP-10 to talk to the TCH VoiceLive 3 Extreme and it wont. Until I read this thread, I had some frustrating hours last week.

What are latency times like on a Mac?

This is my proposed workflow:

13-pin into GP10 into computer for synth sounds back into GP10 outputs into Axe FX return. How long between me striking a note and it coming out of the Axe? Noticeable?

Making detailed device settings

You can make detailed settings such as the input/output destinations for MIDI data and audio signals.
1. After performing steps 1–3 of "Selecting the Device Controlled by TONE STUDIO" (p. 15),
click the [DETAIL] button.

The "CONNECTION" screen appears.

2. Make desired settings for GP-10 MIDI input/output and GP-10 audio signal input/output.

IMPORTANT
Select the same type for MIDI IN and MIDI OUT. Connection is not
possible if you select different settings.
