MIDI CC control GR55/GP10 Assigns with Pure Data

I have in mind triggering algorithmic processes to animate CC messages for assigns.

I have been having a look around the forum to read about creative ways of automating assigns using MIDI CC data. I am interested in generating control streams for the Gr55 and GP10 in Pure Data, and have been putting together a simple sequencer.

Because I am sure to be reinventing wheels here, I thought that other folks might know (have an interest in) this kind of stuff.
