Hi

is there a way to disable the volume foot volume ?
maybe with the assign feature

because i want to use the expression pedal to change increase and decrease an effect parameter , in my case the delay feedback

but working on a patch , i can increase and decrease the delay feedback , and the expression pedal lower and increase the volume too

thanks

Try to switch off EXP1 in the Control Functions. Have a look at the encloses screen capture from tone studio.
Than set a momentary assign for EXP1 relating to Master Delay Time.

Also have a look @ the parameter guide page 30

https://static.roland.com/assets/media/pdf/GT-1000_parameter_eng11_W.pdf^

But I would recommend to use an external expression pedal connected via exp2 or exp3 to leave the internal expression pedal to control the volume, the tuner and the wahwah.

From memory,
if using GT-100FxFloorBoard editor, go into the SYSTEM settings, and select the INTERNAL PEDALS page.
Then set the EXP PEDAL control to SYSTEM (all patches will be the same)
Then set the function to OFF.
done !!  8)

Free "GR-55 FloorBoard" editor software from https://sourceforge.net/projects/grfloorboard/

If you only want the EXP Volume disabled for a patch,
go into the "PEDAL/FX"
select the "EXP FUNCTION" to "OFF"

before disabling the EXP foot volume function, set the foot volume to a level you want first.
