I am using the Boss GT10 in the loop of my JC-120. Can I use both returns on the JC-120 when coming from the output of the GT10.? This way I would be using both 60W amps wouldn't I?

Connect like the following for Four Cable (5 in this case) Method (4CM),
this will give you more options to choose whether to use the JC-120 preamp, or the GT-10 internal preamps.
This is achieved by using 2 Assigns per patch so that if the S/R Loop is "on" (where the GT-10 S/R loop effectively becomes the JC-120 Preamp),
and the GT-10 internal preamps are "off".
Or where the S/R loop is "off" and the GT-10 preamp is "on" to use the GT-10 internal preamps, this can be saved in the preferred state per patch,
or a GT-10 CTL pedal can be assigned to toggle preamps with in a patch.

Connect as follows:

GUITAR > GT-10 INPUT,
GT-10 S/R Loop SEND > JC-120 INPUT (guitar in),
JC-120 FX Loop SEND > GT-10 S/R Loop RETURN,
GT-10 Left and Right outputs > JC-120 Left & Right FXLoop RETURNS.

This will give you a full power stereo rig.
