This could turn out to be really interesting and useful.


I have need of some (offline) macro command functions - I frequently need to switch between multi-out on XLRs for rehearsal to 'everything but guitar' for live gigs.

I'm thinking about an ANT script to convert the JSON to XML and then run an XSLT template across the presets to switch output configurations, but operating on the json directly with javascript makes more sense if you have that skillset - I am an XML programmer in my day job.


It would really help if Line 6 published validator resources so you could check that your transformed files are legal offline - would really help the development of third party tools.
