OK guys, just back from NAMM in Nashville with the Boss Global Crew Demoing the new Boss GT-1000. First I'd like to thank all of the Boss Global Crew and especially Mr. Jeff Slingluff & Mr. Yoshi Ikegami for believing in me and trusting me!! What a blessing for me to be asked to demo this unit at Summer NAMM 2018 for them. OK . . . I will be releasing a Custom Patch Set for the GT-1000 on Tuesday, July 10th. It will include a total of 64 Patches and 11 Custom Backing Tracks. These are all of the same patches I demoed at NAMM and also the very same Original Backing tracks that I played for my demos at NAMM. Stay tuned here and on Youtube as I start tomorrow on this series of Youtube videos going through all of the patches and letting you hear how they all sound in a mix with my Custom backing tracks that will be included with the download. Nice,  Glenn DeLaune has done a great job in advocating this unit.... good on Roland for having him demo it at summer namm,   as he really has dispelled a lot of myths and overcome the problems of the OG winter Namm launch.

Roland scored several points for hiring Glenn. Good job, Roland! But they could have made a deal with him to make the patches available for free at the Boss Tone Central. A few years ago, I bought the patches that Glenn made for the POD 500X. Very, very good.

Just bear in mind that it are actualy 14 patches, all the other ones are like snapshots on the Helix.

Glenn's patches for the GP-10 are quite good too - there are a few he made that sound terrific and play to the 10's strengths.  Nice to see he got hired in an official capacity to demonstrate the unit.
