Hi guys.
Recently I move my GK3 from my peavey to a squier tele.
Sadly i broke bottom shell in corrispondence of a screw attach when tightening ,so i contact a Roland authorized repair centre.
I try to order also upper shell for a crack behind normal guitar cable.
Answer...  ??? ordering two f*****g shells is not possible.
I have to dismount my GK3 and i have to send it to repair centre  ??? ??? ??? ???
And this is a Roland dispostion ???
Steve, or anyone... there's a way to bypass this crazy thing?
It's a very annoying thing send a working pickup in a repair centre for this...
thanks in advance. mauri
Nothing is impossible,if someone else will do for you.

They will most likely remove the parts from a new GK-3, install them on yours and charge you the cost of a new GK-3 + labour + shipping.

I would ask if anyone here has removed the outer case of a GK-3 to use the pickup to make an internal kit, do they have the case available for You?
Free "GR-55 FloorBoard" editor software from https://sourceforge.net/projects/grfloorboard/

Beyond fixing with plastic glue ?   8)
i consider your suggestion, but I'm not sure that works.
Fracture near third screw is large.
Last year during a live, my peavey tilt down as a cut tree :)
approx 7 KG. of weight over controller was a big smash.
So when I transfer PU over tele bottom left corner go away.
There's a big hole without possibility to fix again 3rd screw :(
I have a hot stick glue gun, i may try ehehehe.
Thank you!

Hi guys. Yesterday I'll try to solve with my hot stick glue gun,
making an injection and quickly re-position shell.
after that I make a second injection closing big holes in correspondence of GK screws.
i refinish drop with a super fine sand paper and apply a strip of black American tape ( the solver :) )
It's not perfect but at least I don't risk pickup crumble :)
good day  ;)

that JB Weld epoxy for plastic works really well. It's the one with the syringe.
