MIDI bulk dump

Hey all

I want my VB99 #2 to be exactly like the #1

In -System/MIDI/Page 8 >
If you select all and make a bulk dump , is it everything ?

And how do I get that to VB99 #1 ?
How do I "bulk dump IN " ?

Two methods,
1: save to file, use a midi receiver program (Windows = Bome's SendSX), save the bulk dump (system/global to patch U:400), initiate bulk dump, wait a long time, when finished, save data to file.
Use saved file to send to the second VB-99 unit, I can't remember if the unit needs to be in any particular mode or not, the data should just 'write in there'.

2: direct from VB-99 #1 midi out to VB-99 #2 midi in, set #1 to Bulk dump (system to last user patch, the whole lot), and initiate the dump.

Both units also need to be set to the same "Midi unit ID #", I think the default is "1", so long as they are the same or the #2 unit will not respond to unit #1 data dump.

I used Sysex Librarian app , nothing worked until I put them both to the same Unit #
