WHAT IS RED PITAYA?

Red Pitaya is an open-source-software measurement and control tool that consists of easy-to-use visual programming software and free of charge, ready-to-use open-source, web-based test and measurement instruments running on a powerful, credit card-sized board. With a single click, the board can transform into a web-based oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, LCR meter, Bode analyzer, or one of many other applications. Red Pitaya can be controlled by using Matlab, LabView, Python & Scilab.

Red Pitaya is an innovative single-board, open source instrumentation and control platform which replaces many expensive laboratory and field instruments.

Features:
* Oscilloscope - 2 channels at 125 MS/s 14 bit digital with external or signal-based triggering capability
* Spectrum Analyzer - 2 channels with 50 MHz bandwidth signal with waterfall diagram capability
* Arbitrary Waveform Generator - 2 channels at 125 MHz 14 bit arbitrary waveform generation with external triggering capability
* Frequency Response Analyzer - 2 channels with 60 MHz bandwidth
* 2x2 MIMO PID Programmable Controller

I'll be working with MakerGear to design and 3D print an enclosure for the Red Pitaya - http://www.makergear.com/
