Is there such thing?

Dual stereo panning foot pedal:
Heel position - Only Stereo source 1 is heard.
Mid position - Both Stereo sources 1&2 are heard
Toe position - Only Stereo source 2 is heard.
But I got more gear than I need...and I like it!

Maybe, but it needs to be in the shape of a foot pedal. Exist?

many DJ mixers have a "CV" (Control Voltage ) for the horizontal pan pot, and can work as a platform for modification to support external CV input.

Behringer makes a foot expression pedal with CV Output.

Some people program the Axe-Fx like that (and other devices too, I'm sure) - say two volume/expression assignments, one with the reverse polarity so that you effectively have a crossfader. But it sounds like you might be talking about a purely hardware device with two stereo pair inputs and a stereo out, all on the one pedal device.

I think the Ernie Ball 6165 Stereo Volume/Pan Pedal can do that for you:

ES Les Paul, internal Roland GK
Boss SY-1000, Valeton Coral Amp pedal
Morningstar MC8 & MC6
QSC CP8 powered speaker

What are your audio sources?

Can you control your sources with an expression input or MIDI.  There are a number of inexpensive compact 2 channel stereo mixers you could use to combine the outputs.

I've never come across nor heard of one, but it shouldn't be too hard to modify a stereo volume pedal into what you're after. A quad inverted/everted neo volume pedal.

I play Country music too, I'm just not sure which country it's from...

Thanks, but No it can't. It has a stereo pot. Two audio signals in, two out.
