I have one and love it. Got it following Elantric's earlier pointers and never looked back. There is a great support group on Yahoo for the FCB1010 and the creater of the UNO firmware is very active in supporting the community and his firmware version. Integrating with GR3 takes a little time simply due to the immense number of possibilities and options. As I learn more of GR3 I find myself going back to my FCB1010 setup and tweaking it.

I think this is a much option better compared to the Rig Kontrol 3 if you don't mind tinkering a little.

The FCB1010 editor written by Ed Dixon is an absolute MUST for this controller - it makes changing the programming an absolute doddle! It works with both the original firmware and the UNO chip - it's only drawback is that it is Windows only and you can't get it for the Mac.
Set up correctly, the 1010 is perfect for use with GR - 3 +4. Having two expression pedals is a real plus as you can control all manner of settings - wah, volume, drive etc etc. I've had so much fun experimenting, I've don every little playing!
If you find a cure for GAS let me know!!!!!

Welshman, I installed Parallels Desktop for Mac on my MacMini and then installed WindowsXP in this virtual environment. Its very well integrated into the Mac shell and works very smoothly. Another $69 to spend but its well worth it in the long run as you can run all Windows applications you may need without having to boot out of MacOS.

If you don't mind booting to Windows then checkout BootCamp which is already on your Mac.
