On one of my GK-3's, I think that I've banged the volume pot or something and it cuts out from time to time. If I give it a tap or two, it'll usually come right back to working properly. I figure that I need to replace the pot.

I called Roland Customer Service to order one at:
Roland Corporation U.S.
5100 S. Eastern Ave.
Los Angeles, CA 90040-2938
Customer Service Tel: (323) 890-3700

The lady on the phone told me that they don't sell parts to the public anymore, and that I have to locate my local service center to place an order.

She said that it's been two years or so since they have let people order parts directly.

Bummer.

Fortunately, I just looked up my local service center and it's a few minutes away from my house.
The guy that owns it is the local go-to for amp repair.
