Hi Everyone,

Here's my eight page PDF guide on v-guitar separate string processing, editing, and re-amping.  The guide has been long overdue, and has taken many hours to complete.  Nothing is written in stone, and if anyone wants to contribute or suggest a particular technique, please feel free to post.

Separate strings before and after processing demo mp3

Running order:
0:00  Raw and unprocessed separate strings. An out of tune guitar and a few fluffed notes - torture talent!

0:15  Separate strings processed with DC Offset & Normalize. Separate string track editing with Split, Align, Copy, Paste, Delete, Volume, Retune etc.  Separate string audio track inserts used: Hi-Pass Filter, Noise-Gate, Limiter, GSnaps Auto-Tune.  Note: one of the chords is intentionally dissonant, and sounds pleasant with a deep chorus effect...think King Crimson.

0:32  With Light-Chorus.

0:47  With Bottom E & A strings Transposed down an octave. Copy & Pasted notes. Light-Chorus effect.

Thanks for viewing.
