AXON Editor and Mac OSX Sierra, any hope ?

It was written for XP so I'd use service pack 3.  Make sure the OS can't access the internet though ... disable the virtual network interface card, any wireless options and bluetooth in the VM container.


I'm guessing you'll find it works best if the midi interface is class compliant, and there are options to capture the USB devices in the virtual machines that you will need to select.

Installed VirtualBox, Windows XP with all updates, and the AX-50 Editor. It works! And all for FREE.


The only hitch was the USB connection is hijacked by XP when launched so I didn't have MIDI to LogicX until I connected a standard MIDI Out to the computer.
