AX100 with expression pedal (set for volume on EXP1 in the AX-Edit editor) into EXP1.

When I have (e.g.) KONTAKT open if I engage the expression pedal then my maximum volume drops
in the soft synth to way less than before I engaged the exp/vol pedal.     I can see it immediately reset the volume level of the patch in Kontakt.

I'm sure I'm overlooking something obvious...   but would love some help!       BTW, using SONAR.   Have unchecked "zero controllers on stop".

Sounds like a pedal calibration issue.  Can you get something like midi monitor or midiox and use it to see what the maximum value CC 7 is outputting?

I can't remember how the Axon works directly with plugged in pedals - I used a Behringer FCB1010 - is there a pedal calibration routine?
Main rig: Barden Hexacaster and Brian Moore i2.13 controllers

THANK YOU for the reply!
I just did a calibration of the pedal within the AX100 hardware... will check it out tomorrow...

It seems like it's mostly been an issue with Kontakt?

will post again after some investigating...
