Thanks for sharing !  :)
I have a similar setup, with Fender Jazz V, GR-55, SY-300, GT-100, Tech21-VT-Bass.
I don't have the GT-100 on my pedal board at the moment.

What's the benefit of having both the GR-55 and SY-300? Different sounds? Do they complement each other? I'm genuinely curious, as I was torn between the two as my first synth, because they seemed like they do the same thing, but ended up going with the GR-55.

They compliment each other, using different methods of synthesis,
the SY-300 does not require the GK pickup,
has no tracking or latency issues like the GR-55 does on low notes.
But the SY-300 sound generator is some what limited to 'analog' style subtractive synthesis, much like a 70's Moog.

As gumtown said, they can be used to focus on different aspects of the signal chain. For example, I'm getting a GR-55, SY-300 and several other Boss/Roland units and using their individual strengths to build my overall sound. The GR-55 will be used for mostly guitar modeling and some synth work, with the SY-300 taking the rest of the synth duties. The MS-3 and 500 triplets (DD-500, MD-500 and RV-500) will handle whatever other sonic adjustments I may want in my music, so that the processing power of the other systems isn't pushed to the limit.
