Good day Guys!
I recently encounter a problem regarding one of the six hex pups.
the second to the bottom (B string)
I suppose that it was broken because it's not producing any sound
and can not pick up any vibration at all on tuner mode and even on GK set up etc..
what do you think have caused this issue?
is it repairable?
and how to fix it?
thanks and cheers!

Have you checked your cable?
With just one string out, I'd start there.

Hi Mark,

It is extremely possible that the problem is in the jack of the offending pickup..
...just as the pins in the ends of the cables can give trouble, so too can the 13 (female) sockets in the jack.

Tell us what you've got...external or internal installation, model of guitar, etc., and maybe we can make a suggestion.

If all else fails....   ...there's the stuff I sell...    ::)

You may have a damaged GK Hex pickup connection
