OK, so I'm new here so hello everyone.

I'm looking at getting a Roland Strat and was wondering if there's any disadvantage to getting one of the older 21 Fret Roland Ready Strats V the newer 22 Fret GC-1 equipped guitars?

Will the older versions still track well with a GR-55 or other newer modules?

Thank You.

Guitar setup is key to success (Frets, Nut, saddles, intonation, strings )

For Older Fender Roland Ready Strats , set the GK Type to " GK-2A" on the target GK Processor ( VG-99, GR-55, GP-10)

Thank you for the heads up. I'm pretty good at setting up my guitars.

What he said! I have 2 older Roland strats, no issues at all, but I take very good care of them and keep them setup properly.
