Happy New Year, Forumites.. ...and..

Gudday!  (as we say here sometimes.....)

Since

(a)  Gumtown is about the only one here who consistently beats me to significant events (by about 2 1/2 hours)

and

(b) I will be on the road early tomorrow my time  (1st Jan 2018),

I thought I'd take this opportunity to get in early and wish Everyone Here a Very Happy Forthcoming New Year..
..here's hoping we are all heading towards a calmer and clearer year ahead than some of the times we have experienced in the last 12 months, and that Everyone's 13-and-other-numbered-pinned dreams will come true..   

Oh, and while I'm onto all this shmaltzy stuff, a BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our very own ELANTRIC...who somehow manages to get away with buying himself presents again, so soon after Christmas !
