The type of format these files have been saved as is a "complete GR-55 backup" including all guitar mode patches,
all bass mode patches, and all system & global settings and GK Setups.

Not the ideal format to share patches, but to try them,
first you will need to backup your own GR-55 to the on-board USB memory stick/thumb drive method (port on the side of the GR-55),
remove the memory-stick with your backup, place the file here on another thumb drive and initiate a complete restore of the GR-55 to load the new GR55 image in.

NOTE: The GR-55 SVD image is not compatible with any editor software.

Once you have this image loaded into the GR-55, you can use the GR-55FloarBoard editor to save the range of patches you want to keep, then reload your own saved GR-55 SVD image back into your GR-55, and then selectively load in the new patches you saved from the previous image.
Free "GR-55 FloorBoard" editor software from https://sourceforge.net/projects/grfloorboard/

hello, I would like to know if anyone here can convert to the format (.g5l) of this complete bank, to open in the GR-55FloarBoard editor, without needing to import all the patches for the gr-55?
