I normally use the USB connection on the VG99 but I have a situation where I want to process the quarter inch outs thru
another effects unit and then out to a mixer.  It seems as if the VG output is very low.

Is there anything I can check to see if I've got something set at half volume or something?

I've seen this too.
Looks like -10 for the 1/4" and +4 for the XLR out.

Also check the outs on the Global page AND on the mixer page.

The volume knob on the VG adjusts the 1/4" out so make sure it is up.

I can't believe it.

I must have been extremely tired last night.

I wasn't running the GK3 with the tiny little pigtail cable and I had my guitar set to guitar instead of GK or mix.

No wonder I wasn't hearing anything.  To quote Napoleon Dynamite:  "IDIOT!".

Lol.
