Posting Youtube video

I paste the link in the text and in the YouTube window above, but the video never shows up. Only the link.
Is there a trick I am missing?

so when you go to post a message with a youtube video link, use the "insert a youtube video" (white/red icon) to post your video link code into.

Thank you I have been doing that, but it does not work. Weird

I use the Youtube function called "Share" - which provides a URL I can copy & then I  paste the URL  on the text field where I compose my post - works on  most forums & Facebook

Good idea!
I have only had the problem here..
I will try the share link as it is a different link.
