GR55 LED

Please help, does anybody know where to find the pedal leds for the GR55
I broke one on mine.   Thanks Paul

I don't think there's likely to be anything special about the LEDs, they certainly won't be made specially for Roland. I don't recall whether they are on leads or if they're surface mount. Pick an online supplier convenient to you (unless you live in a world where you can go to an actual shop for such things). Since diodes have polarity you have a 1::2 chance of getting them the right way round. No harm done if you get it wrong - just won't light up.

From my recollection, they are a regular 3mm red led

That being the case, whippingpost, if you look carefully inside the LED you'll see a kind of dish shaped feature, you'll want to orient your new LED to match that. If you do an interweb search on LED polarity, there are a zillion images to show how to identify polarity. All the preceding assumes you don't already know that.  :)

Get a pack on amazon for about 5 bucks, and change all 3 to different colors  8)

Blue LEDs require special consideration as they have different voltage and  DC current requirements and never a direct replacement for Red, Green, Yellow LEDs
