graphtech Ghost Floyd Rose

So I know once upon a time there was an OFR that you could buy with Graphtech Saddles.

Now I see Graphtech offers what appears to be a licensed version.

Curious about two things:

How is the quality of the graphtech version

and

How well does a floyd work with a hexpander/Gr55

Thinking about going this route on an LTD AS-1 i just picked up

 I replaced the original Floyd Rose on my Jackson PC1 with the licensed Graphtech version. I thought about drilling holes in the original for the wires but I was told the metal was hard to drill through (I don't know if this is true or not) and a machinist friend of mine said he could drill them for me but it might be hard to do without scratching it. I personally can't tell the difference in the way they feel and operate. I did exchange the whammy bars from one to the other. I have the gold one and after about four years the metal hasn't tarnished or changed color where my palm rests. I can't say over many years that the licensed one will hold up as good as the original but so far so good. I don't have a GR55 but it works great with my VG99.
