Can’t import .tsl files GT 1000

Bought the mighty Boss GT 1000, but I can't import tone studio files in from librarian. I want to import a single tsl file but it always says a "0" when I try to import.
This has been going on for months.. paid to much money not to be able to do this.. I've included photos of the process I go through. It's like the tsl is a read only file or something. I've posted this all over and can't get assistance.. Why the truck does it say "0" after I import?? thank in advance
