Hi
yesterday evening , i tried to record some tracks with my guitars , boss gt-10 and my mabook pro and my laptop with windows 7 64bit

on both , i have reaper last version 64bit installed

i have downloaded the boss gt-10 drivers for w7 and high sierra

i wanted to record with windows , just because reaper run better on windows

on the preferences , i could not find asio , i have searched with google without luck
i mean , under asio everything is empty and there is no way to select a device

is asio4all the only solution for windows /reaper and boss gt-10?

on this laptop , i have only the boss gt-10 drivers installed and used this link https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/gt-100-v2-recording-problem.1496731/#post-18839004  ,and https://www.vguitarforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=18125.0 i haven't such option selecting ASIO

ps
i read the document included with the driver ,but i haven't understood ,if the drivers are enough to use asio with a software that can support it

thanks

So you are using the GT-10 into the PC ? Is the macbook somehow involved, sorry if it is obvious, guess Im missing it ?
If you are simply using the PC, it might just be a case of not 'turning on' the Asio4all driver. I use asio drivers and occasionally I have to turn them back on.
Check out Sweetwaters page on Asio its good....https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/articles/installing-and-using-asio4all-for-windows/

good luck bud

Boss GT-10 USB driver supports ASIO - must set GT-10 to be in "USB Advanced Mode )

You must perform a workaround to get the Boss GT-10 USB Driver to completely install on Windows 7
