Which setting in the SY1000, it's the lowest possible? This one maybe is a bit unstable, it's not?

What make / model computer, CPU type and RAM size?

I use the SY-1000 as an I/F for practicing and playing around. I have it set to the lowest (fastest) settings which is what I see above. 44.1 KHz and 48 samples. I'm using it in live and gig performer and it's solid. Live reports 9.5 ms RTL. This laptop is an msi crosshair 15, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz, 32 gb ram. My DAW is older and I have to disable the network on it, but it's fine as well - ASUS MB, Core i7 3770k 3.5 Ghz, 16 Gb Ram.

It's hard to measure latency without instruments so I suspect live, cakewalk, and others calculate it. In terms of cpu I have 3 audio backing tracks and an audio track, normal in, with nembrini's faceman going into eventide's spring reverb and live 11 is reporting 9-10% cpu usage.

Does anyone know the total latency when using the gk input with and without instrument sym?
