Hi, I have a serious problem. Passing between a pacth and the other sometimes a few ropes turn off (no volume). I need to turn off gp10 and turn it on again. Because? Is there another remedy?

Have you checked with another gk cable ?
And does it work correct after one restart?

No. I did not use another cable. After switching on again, it works properly

If you can , try another cable.
Is the firmware up to date?
A factory reset might be the answer.
Make sure you backup all your patches before you do.

How do I upgrade my firmware? Do not find anything from the boss site.

Sorry I realized that there's no update for GP10
I got it mixed up with my other boxes .

Ok. Thanx

Cleaning and maintaining cables are always a good thing but I always keep an extra on hand. The cable that came with mine seems to be of lesser quality than the ones I replaced it with. The old one just seemed to fail faster than my new ones. Always take good care of your gear and keep backups. I do a lot of recording and reducing noise starts with good cables. When you pay for studio time it is even more important. Most times I have good gear in my studio for people but there are guys out there that will record your noisy cords because they still get your money.

Give the 13 pin cable a shake. It fixes that problem for me
