Here a recording I did a month ago with my brother. We sing about a small village in the north of the Netherlands and sing in Frisian, a language only spoken in the north of the Netherlands.

All guitars SY-1000 and Crafter TMVS (for the acoustic sound). Real bass. Drums and keys various plugins.

that's really nice.  i know it's not the right language, but it belongs in a Kaurismäki film.  it's got that engaging/real life quality he usually goes for.

Really really nice tune. Sung and played beautifully
Would love to see a lyric translation in English.

I love hearing you sing Frisian. I would so appreciate reading the lyrics, too! I have encountered Frisian occasionally in my reading and travel -- I am fascinated. Thanks for sharing this!

I like the chord movement at 2:09. A tasty bit of seasoning.
