Behringer is  hitting Oberheim hard with another clone vapor ware release..

More than the "clone war", the patent litigation over Oberheim trademark between Tom (backed by Dave Smith, Tony Karavidas and all the guys at Sequential) and Behringer. The last patented the trademark in Europe, while the USA patent was reverted to Tom from James Curleigh as goodwill. The last four years was a legal battle between Tom and Behringer. That ended on May, 2021 when a US judge rejected attempt from Uli Behringer to secure the trademark:

Less than the Moog One 16-voice I own and that was basically abandoned by the factory due of uncapability to fix the glitches it has.
