Hi.
This has been going on for quite some time now, but I finally decided to ask for some help. :)
I believe, ever since I installed Big Sur I am not able to use any TP libraries that rely on Kontakt 5. Every time I try to load any such patches, I get an error saying that "Kontakt Library is not installed".
I know for a fact that it is installed because I am using it from inside Reaper, Komplete Kontrol and Logic Pro. I went into /Library/Audio/Plugins/VST and double-checked that the plugin is indeed there. I even reinstalled Kontakt 5 completely, but still no go. Needless to say, I also rescanned all the VST plugins from inside the Tripleplay app, however, the same error appears during the scan.
I contacted Fishman support but they were not able to suggest any resolution for me or, at least none that worked.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of this error?
Thanks a lot.

Check that all your Mac VST plug ins are running in 64 bit mode

verify that Kontakt is not "32 bit enabled"

Thanks for your reply. I am running the M1 version of MacBook Pro 2021 here using Big Sur, so there is no possibility of 32-bit plugins on this system. :) All the DAWs and plugins here are only 64-bit.
As I mentioned in my original question, I have no issues with Kontakt detection in Logic Pro, Reaper and Komplete Kontrol, it's only Tripleplay that seems to have the issue.
I reinstalled the software as well, but still no go! :)

Any other ideas for me, please?

So brand new Mac with latest M1 ARM CPU on latest macOS ,  - that explains why Triplplay app will  not work (and not surprised)

Ask Fishman Support when Macs with M1 CPU will be supported here:

Sorry, I missed your reply, for some reason.
Anyway, Tripleplay works just fine on my M1 and I since solved the issue I wrote here about.
Upon following an advice from the Fishman support, I deleted the legacy patches -- that didn't help. However, after deleting the library from the list of patches in the "patches" window (Command+1), the error seems to be gone for now.
