I'd really like to play on Strandberg guitars with my GR55 and SY 1000 but I'm a trem addict... The space between the bridge pickup and the trem seems to be too small for the GK3. Did some of you install the GK3 straight back to the bridge pickup (even if it's not on a Strandberg) ? Or are there other solutions such as Graphtech Ghost or others to fit on a Strandberg ?

Thanks for your answers.

If nothing else work, replace bridge pickup with humbucker with size like a strat single coil pickup. Di Marzio have several. Then there's plenty of room and virtually the same sound.
But I got more gear than I need...and I like it!

OK Thanks for the infos. I already saw that but it seems to be a very complex deal and I'm not an electronic engineer... I'm not sure I could make the job without any risk for my Strandberg. Then, it supposes that you forget the bridge pickup which is very good in my case (Suhr pickups are really amazing). For the moment, I try to imagine a solution to keep my Strandberg in a good state and a place for the GK3 between the trem and the bridge pickup... I have an idea... I'll tell you more if I find the good way...

Any luck with this?

I just got a Prog 7 and was eyeing a GK for it.

Unbelievable guitar.
