FENDER SAYS
The Stratocaster of the future is here. Fender's Fishman TriplePlay Stratocaster HSS guitar uses state-of-the-art built-in digital technology to give you a thrilling new playing experience in which you can emulate other instruments with ease and create a world of all-new sounds. It's a phenomenal leap forward in the evolution of the world's greatest electric guitar. With its potent tonal combination of Vintage Noiseless single-coil Stratocaster neck and middle pickups and a powerful Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates humbucking bridge pickup, it's a fine instrument in the conventional manner. But two other ultra-modern performance features launch this re-imagined Stratocaster into a brilliantly exciting future.
Engage the built-in Fishman TriplePlay system, which wirelessly transmits MIDI data to your computer to create virtually unlimited sounds with a wealth of performance, composing and recording features. The Fishman hex pickup, TriplePlay D-pad controller and MIDI volume control are all built into the front of the guitar, with the TriplePlay wireless controller built into the back. The wireless controller transmits the signal from the hex pickup to the included USB transceiver, which plugs into your computer (a handy clip on the back of the headstock holds the transceiver when not in use). For charging the unit, a power supply and micro-USB cable that connects to the TriplePlay wireless controller are included.
Once the signal reaches your computer—from the TriplePlay system- all the software you need to record, edit and play back your sounds comes in an included USB flash drive that contains Fishman TriplePlay, IK Multimedia Sample Tank 2.5 and AmpliTube Custom Shop, and Native Instruments Komplete Elements (additional software such as Notion Progression and Pre Sonus Studio One Artist available for free download with product registration).
The guitar also features a maple neck with "modern C" profile and satin finish, rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5" radius and 22 medium jumbo frets, standard master volume control and ¼" output jack, standard five-way pickup switching, three-ply parchment pickguard, and vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge with six saddles. Deluxe gig bag included.

Nice setup!
Where and when did you pickup the FTP Strat? I didn't think they were ever available new in Australia.
Have you ever had EMR interference?

I bought it new from one Singapore online store in 2018. So currently I'm the first and only owner of the guitar.

I've never had any interference at all. Everything is working just perfect.

Interesting stuff.
In the UK many car sellers black out the index number from pictures of the car they are trying to sell. When I was looking for a car to buy I always moved on to the next listing if the index number wasn't visible. Didn't help, I bought mine from an established dealer - there was plenty wrong with it...

I was brought to this thread by the above entry being shown as VGuitar Forums/Recent Unread Topics, I have threads showing in newest first order. I didn't read the older entries so I didn't realise that the OP is the owner of the guitar. Apoligies if any offence caused. In the abstract though, if I'd only seen the Reverb advert I'd have passed it by.

Other trivia, in France it's illegal to post classified ad for  "Wanted to buy xxx"

They feel it encourages thieves to seek the gear stated in the WTB ad, steal it, then promptly sell it to the motivated buyer who placed the advert.

A bit more trivia from France. I was told that it is illegal to use screws to attach your number plate to your car, you have to use blind rivets. The reasoning is that screwed on plates are too easy to switch! If you move to a different department in France (state of county are the equivalent in other countries) you have to re-register your car and get new plates!

Same occurs in USA if you move to a different state

I believe the Austin Martin's sold in the UK have a rotating license plate number for international travel. Flip a switch and the license plate rotates to a new number.

Saw one in a movie from the early 60's. ;D

that's the way Google Crome spelled it when I was talking at it. Are you saying my Auto correct program made an error?

"Let me put it this way, Mr. Amor. The 9000 series is the most reliable computer ever made. No 9000 computer has ever made a mistake or distorted information." ;D

In UK there was a separate Austin Car company.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Austin_Motor_Compan.

And indeed they will take offense if you imply that company had anything to do with James Bonds ride.

It's a bit like confusing a Corvair with a Corvette.
