My Mooer GE300 is just 1 month old and been played at home not more than 10 hrs in total. Suddenly, the patch and effect switching became very slow and practically unusable. Thought that a firmware update would solve so updated from existing v1.1.1 to v1.2.0 beta. That didn't work too and so I did a video of the problem. I have written to Mooer support and will post an update. Testing times for Mooer support!

Heres the video...

Guitars: Ibanez Prestige S5470, Ibanez Jem 7v, Ibanez JS2410, PRS SE Custom24, Cort  Ltd G16, Ibanez RG370Ahmz,

Loopers: Digitech trio+, Line 6 JM4
MIDI:, MAudio Axiom24 keyboard, Alesis IO Dock with iPad air 2

Have you tried a factory Reset?

Be sure the USB and MIDI Cables are removed ( this appears to be some kind of Control loopback issue with a CPU that is in a busy state and sluggish 2 second response to switches

Hopefully your  Mooer dealer in India will take care of you with a solution

Yes I tried the factory reset to no luck. Tried another firmware update with the same version v1.2.0 as well as old version 1.1.1 . It just does not go beyond 55%

Hope Mooer beat Ernie Ball Music Man customer support (I had a terrible experience with a signature JP Majesty guitar going dead on part of the electronics in a couple of months time having to wait for 2 months where no refund/repair was initiated. I was given the only option to buy gear of equivalent value from the dealer. And there are not many great choices available in stock in India)

Mooer support have responded and that was very quick. They have asked me to return the unit to the dealer and get a new replacement. The dealer has also been very prompt and we are set for a quick exchange. Now I just need to drive down to the store with my unit which has to be planned in the next couple of days.
Meanwhile I will also try another computer (A Windows laptop) as MACs can be quite weird at times.

I currently have the same problem, but apparently didn't have the same luck with the response.
First time I take my mooer Ge300 to rehearsal it became very sluggish, with a 3/4 second latency when changing patches.
When I turn it off for a while and then On, it works normally for 1 or 2 minutes then returns to the sluggish behavior, to the point where it is basically unusable.
I did a reset without success, and contacted Mooer, 2 days ago without response.
Anyone can help?
Is there any other procedures for this situation? Some kind of hard reset that I am missing or is the pedalboard really malfunctioning in terms of hardware?
If I can't do anything and if Mooer keeps not responding to my contacts I'll be stuck with a 600€ brick...
???

So far I've not experienced the "SLOW Controls Response" on my GE 300,

But I have observed when attempting to create the same type sound on GE 300 vs GT-1000  - the GT-1000 sounds a lot better, while the GE300 always has this "phase error" tone which sounds like an always on ADA Flanger set to manual  Mode ( no modulation) , and I always hear this same phenomena on nearly all third party Youtube GE 300 demos  - once your ear gets attuned to hearing the GE 300 phase error tone, it cant be "unheard'

I'd bought mine to use with my non-VG Telecaster; I ended up going back to using the Guitar input of the VG99 instead. Long in the tooth as it is, the tones are far more assured and reliable than the Mooer.
