Hi millions of VB users !

Just came across something strange , don't know if the VG community has the same issue , here it is:

- When I assign the Freeze of a synth (not OSC) to the S1/S2 on my bass , the resulted sound has a tiny hiccup on it , no matter how I play it , more obvious on lower register.
If I assign that same Freeze to my FC300 , super clean........

???

I'll record it later , but known issue ?

fokof

The day after , it didn't happen ....

The reboot , the re-plug ?

I guess I'll never know...

How many VB99s and V-Bass units do you think are out there? I have one of each.

It's been out for 5 years now, never seen another one played live.

My "dayjob" is soundman , I've seen a lot of shows , seen a lot a bass players....

It's sad for future developpement of Hi-End units for bass player but it's a good thing for the value of my unit :)
I'm sure I could sell mine higher than what I paid for.

There is one VB-99, For every 100 VG-99's -

It was released during economic crash of 2008

Very few were manufactured and sold.

In Northeast Ohio I only know of one other bassist with a VB-99.  It's lonely here :(

Yeah, but that's bassist thing anyway... ::)

As always, in a town with 1000 guitar players, there will only be 3-4 good bass players who are never out of work
In my town every bass player is in demand and working in many bands , while the guitar players are left scrambling for work

Learn to play Bass , and  as long as your hands remain functional, you can find work all your life.
